Think on Paper

January 12th, 2007 · No Comments · Uncategorized

At times I have browsed online, reading this and click here and there. Before I knew it a couple of hours had passed and no real work was accomplished.  Most of the time people “work” and only do things half hearted, and aren’t concentrating fully.

Today, I wrote the things I wanted to have accomplished and completed on a piece of paper. I thought on paper, took notes, crossed things out as I accomplished them. Thinking on paper helped me to get all the thoughts that were floating around in my head in one place, or several, depending on how many sheets of paper I ended up using. Anyways, I thought I’d pass along this tip to you. You can try it out and see if it helps you. I’ll continue to test it out and see if it continues to work for me.

I’ll probably need to clean up all those papers that I took notes on. So we can discuss organizing and cleaning up tomorrow. That’s something that I need to develop a system or methodology to do consistently.

Let me know what you think.

Did you try thinking on paper?

Did it help or hurt you?

Until next time,

Ted
